Selected implementation experience
Three real projects delivered by our current team. Each has its own page with what was built, what it proves, and what we do not claim.
A desktop ERP built and owned by our team, used in manufacturing, import and trading companies — including a factory in 6th of October City that has used it for about twenty years. Read the case →
A multi-party web platform for commodity financing: five banks and their branches, about a thousand users, role-based approvals, transaction tracking and SMS status messages to customers. Read the case →
Inventory, receiving and issuing with physical barcode printers and scanners, installed and run on the institution's own servers after its security approvals. Read the case →
What we build
- Custom ERP and business applications
- Workflow and approval automation
- Inventory and barcode solutions
- Enterprise web platforms
- System integration and modernisation of existing software
- Software outsourcing and technical partnerships for software companies
Industrial solutions
From warehouse operations to production workflows, we help factories find the gaps between the systems they have and the way the day actually runs — then design practical, testable improvements: a module that closes a gap, an integration with a machine or a scale, a report that was done by hand.
Selected industrial automation work is delivered together with qualified external specialists, subject to technical and safety assessment.
Injection-moulding machine control: from contactor logic to PLC
An independent industrial specialist we work with has converted the control systems of several plastic injection-moulding machines from conventional contactor circuits to PLC. For Dalteno clients this means we can study a control-logic upgrade, assess adding run monitoring and fault diagnosis, and connect machine data to the factory's systems.
What we do not claim: this is not a project Dalteno delivered, and machine models, performance results and the scope of safety testing have not been documented yet.
See it before you buy: the factory demo
An interactive demo of a fictional factory — today's board, production by line and shift, stoppages with causes, stock and purchase approvals, machine sensors and a camera, shipping documents through to customs release, and yard and loading. It runs in the browser, offline, in Arabic; every number in it is invented.
We read from machines; we never control them. Our system cannot start, stop or change a machine by design — and if our device is unplugged, the machine runs as before.
How we start: Factory X-Ray
1 · Free diagnosis visit
A walk through your factory with your supervisors, not only management. We listen for the first twenty minutes and show nothing.
2 · Two-page report in three working days
Three improvement opportunities ranked by return and cost, and for each machine: how it can be connected, what we can read from it, and what we cannot.
3 · Small pilot, 4–6 weeks
One problem, written acceptance criteria before the price, a demo every Friday and a one-page report. You receive the code and the documentation; the system is yours.
How we work
- Understand the operation
- Define the problem
- Design a focused solution
- Validate
- Implement
- Support
We can begin with a limited discovery engagement or a demonstration before proposing a larger implementation. Specs and test cases are written before code; see how we report on the proof pages.
